Order Cancellation

1. Customers can cancel their orders before the order is shipped.
2. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Pricing errors
3. Payment issues
4. Suspicious transactions

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
