Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be provided if:

2. Wrong product delivered
3. Product is missing from the order

Refund Request

1. Customers must raise a refund request within 7 days of delivery.
2. Proof such as images or videos may be required for verification.

Refund Process

1. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

1. Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for refunds.
2. Perishable or opened products may not be refundable.
